Fairly clean hotel, services were GOOD and location was good and amazing close to metro station. Location: the property was near to city centre, and the airport at 5 am. Had lunch/dinner at Hawker Hall, which I found within a close distance from the hotel.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, especially for early flights at the airport. the staff was attentive and competent, providing good services. - Breakfast, included in the stay, consisted of toast and cereal which was great.

Upon arrival, I was delighted to find a tidy room with its own bathroom - a nice touch. the breakfast options were fantastic and there was something for everyone's taste buds 🥐.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. One of the best things about it was the convenient location right next to a train station. It made exploring the city and getting around so easy. Plus, there were trams close by as well, giving even more options for getting around.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was very good and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

We were pleasantly surprised by Smartstay's location. It's situated on a vibrant street filled with bars, cafes, and restaurants, making it the perfect place to eat, sleep. We loved the easy access to public transportation, with a train station and tram stop right outside the hotel. The staff even provided us with transport tickets, making getting around Melbourne a breeze. The hotel itself was clean and quiet, with comfortable private rooms and great kitchen facilities. We also enjoyed the nice back courtyard and the complimentary breakfast. we highly recommend Smartstay for a fantastic stay in Melbourne.
